Junior audits with your counselor begin this week!  Please check the window outside the counseling office for your appointment day and time.  
A-G Mr. Burling begin today, November 9th

Q-Z Mrs. Athow begin tomorrow,Tuesday, November 10
Please remind your teacher of the meeting day and time, and they will release you to come to the counseling office for your appointment.

Due to parent-teacher conferences, Quiz Bowl will meet for 15 minutes only today after school in B121. If you are going to the tournament on Wednesday, please remember your permission form. 

Join FRENCH CLUB this Thursday from 3:30 - 4:00 in A102. We will vote on our French club tee-shirt design, take an Eiffel Tower photo in the gym, and help share the end of National French Week by sharing French notes with the rest of the school!

FINAL CHANGED DATE DUE TO EVENT CONFLICT:  Mark 👉 Nov. 12th 👈on your calendar for Macho Man Volleyball.  HOSA and DECA will be sponsoring the event to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.  Guys that are interested in playing need to sign up in room A120 by this Friday.  We need 10 more guys - all grades welcome!   There will be 8 teams.  Cost will be $3 in advance or $4 at the door. Tickets are on sale now in Room A120 or buy one from any of the following captains:  Nikki Drosche, Adele Bourke, Allyssa Gasper, Monica Cervantes, Kassie Kraemer, Elizabeth Byrnes, Mariah Moore, or Ashley Turner. 

The Scholastic Book Fair is here all week in the RHS Library with more YA titles than ever before.  Stop by before or after school, during conferences Tuesday night, during a free period or study hall, or ask your teacher to bring your class down to shop.  You can even take advantage of teacher requests and purchase a book for your classroom library, or the school's little free library by the front entrance.

THE MULTICULTURAL CLUB will meet on Wednesday, November 11th, in the Media Center after school.  All members are asked to attend for an important announcement.
Seniors:  Jostens will be back to take graduation announcement and cap & gown orders on Thursday, November 12 during all 3 lunch shifts.  This is the time to turn in your orders directly to a representative, or ask any questions you might have.  Please note:  prices will INCREASE at the end of November!
Fundraiser for RHS Post Prom!  Call Pizza Hut at 84th and Q St. for carry out or delivery on Wednesday, November 11th from 4:00pm - 8:00pm, mention RHS Post Prom, and Pizza Hut will donate 20% of the sales to Post Prom!  Their phone number is 402-331-7277 - easy dinner and helping out RHS Post Prom!

Become a Student Athletic Trainer! Be involved in RHS athletics, earn service hours, learn about a medical profession, have fun, and meet new people. Must be able to commit to working a regular schedule. Options for after school and events only commitments are available. Duties will include basic taping and wound care, practice/event preparation, and attending RHS practices and events as scheduled. If interested email Co Schneider at no later than Wednesday November 11th. In your email, please include why you are interested in this opportunity, what type of schedule you are interested in (afternoons, events only, particular sport, etc), and any schedule conflicts you might have.Those students selected to participate during the winter season will be notified by Thursday November 12th. Orientation and training meeting will be held Friday November 13th after school starting at 3:30 for 1-1.5 hours. Winter practices start Monday November 16th.

Attention sophomores, juniors & seniors!  Our next CAREER SPEAKER will be hereTuesday, November 17,
during homeroom in Lecture Room C.  Come and listen to Skylar McCaig talk about his career in the Cosmetology field.  Pizza will be provided.  You must sign up with your ADVISOR in homeroom.  Only the first 50 students will be admitted.
