9th & 10th grade class council will be coming around this week in homeroom to sell candy cane reindeer for ONLY $1!   Fill out a delivery tag and the candy cane reindeer will be delivered to anyone in the school this next week.   A great way to say Happy Holidays!!


Ralston Yoga Club's December class has been postponed to Thursday, December 17. We will meet in the Media Center from 4:00-5:00 p.m. Help yourself unwind and prepare to relax over the winter break! Wear comfortable clothing, mats are provided. Email dene.oglesby@ralstonschools.org with questions.

Buy Yearbook - Yearbooks are still on sale so it's never too late to order yours for $60. You can order your book by bringing the money to Ms. Honz or by ordering it at yearbookforever.com.

Take a (short) break from studying by joining RHS READERS Club  Tuesday, December 15th. from 3:30-5:00 p.m. in the Library for our holiday party!  We will have an ugly sweater contest, make bookmarks, have a book exchange, and enjoy some holiday treats.  See you there!

Join the Spanish Club next Wednesday, December 16th, for a combined holiday party with the Muticultural Club!   We will be enjoying Mexican hot chocolate with a holiday movie in A104.  Bring a snack to share, a blanket and a friend or two!   
INCLUCITY CAMP: Are you passionate about making a difference? Are you ready to challenge your assumptions about others? Would you like to make friends from other Omaha schools? If you answered 'yes' to any of these questions, we want you! January IncluCity is a 4-day camp, from January 15-18, that develops human relation and leadership skills. For an experience you will never forget, please see Ms. Oglesby (A109) or Ms. Weland (B120) for an application. Applications are due by Friday, December 18.

College Possible representatives will be speaking in all sophomore homerooms today December 10.  They will be visiting individual homerooms today, no need to leave your classrooms!  
Mr. Burling is planning on having a drivers education class over winter break.  If you are interested please stop by his office, talk to him in the hallway or email him for details.  It will be crazy fun. 

Community Service Opportunities
Serene Care Hospice is looking for student volunteers aged sixteen or older to assist patients for as little as one hour a week. This service offers a chance to share stories, assist with small tasks, watching a favorite show, sharing any musical talents you may have to enhance the happiness of their patients. The Mobile Food Pantry provides food for needy families in our area.  They need student volunteers to help on December 12th, at the Harrison Street Baptist Church, 8015 Harrison St.

College/Career Center
If you signed up for and have received an admission ticket, remember to go to  Lec. Room C today during homeroom today to hear our career speaker.  This will run from 1:14 to 1:44 only.
A Nebraska National Guard representative will be in the cafeteria today during lunch.
