There will be a small blood drive on Friday January 30th!  This blood drive will be held on the Red Cross buses.  HOSA and Health Science students are recruiting now.  You can also stop by room G120 to sign up.  16 year olds will need parent permission forms and everyone will need a photo ID.

RHS Readers Book Club will meet this Friday during all three lunch periods.  Stop by if you need a pass to bring your lunch from the cafeteria.  We will be discussing what we've been reading lately, and hearing about upcoming titles.  See you there!

The RHS Readers Book Club is proud to announce a new little coffee spot in the school.  You can grab a coffee or a hot cocoa to sip on while curling up with a good book, or to help keep you awake during those long study halls.  The RHS Media Center now has a Keurig machine for students and staff.  Buy a K-Cup for $1.00 (includes a covered cup), or bring your own.
Attention all students:  The 2nd Annual Future Chefs Kids Can Cook Competition will be held on Thursday, January 29th.  Please form a team and submit your recipes for a My Plate Meal, by Wednesday, January 21st - TOMORROW! Recipe forms are available in the office or in the lunchroom or in room A107, and finalists will be notified on Thursday, January 22nd.  All finalists will receive a chef's coat, hat, and a gift bag with great prizes.  Everything you need to make your meal will be provided for you!
