SENIORS:  Buy your tickets to the senior lock-in!  The lock-in is Friday, February 5 after the varsity boys basketball game until 1:30 A.M.  Buy your ticket from any senior class officer, Mrs. Honz in room B206, or Ms. Rowley in B220 by the end of the day on Wednesday, February 3.  No tickets will be sold at the door.  This event is for Ralston High School seniors only.  
If you signed up to volunteer for the debate tournament on February 6th, there will be a meeting on February 3rd immediately after school from 3:15-3:45 to discuss jobs and what time to show up. If you're still interested in getting community service hours, contact Mr. Garst and he will put you on a wait list. 
Attention Culinary Club members:  We will meet today, the 29th  after school until 5:00pm in F102.   We will be creating apple swan garnishes and other vegetable garnishes.  If you have any questions, contact Mrs. Krist. Bon Appetit. 
Seniors:  interested in a part-time custodial position here at the high school?  Please secure a pass from your 3rd period teacher and meet in the Auto Shop area (F015) at 11:30am today, January 29th.  Mr. Flinn will be here to discuss the opportunities.  They are looking for dependable students who are in good standing here at the high school.
Attendance will be taken.
Community Service Opportunity
Ralston Middle School will be hosting our annual Bingo Night on Thursday, March 10th.  We are in need of some responsible high school students to help us check numbers, run the food tables and bake sale area.  If you are interested in getting community service hours from 3:30-8:30 please contact Linda Hoffman at the RMS office at 402-331-4701.  It is a great way to have fun while serving our community.
College/Career Center
Attention Juniors & Seniors:  Our next campus visit is to the campuses of Methodist & Clarkson Colleges on Thursday, February 4.  You will meet in Lec. C at 8:00 with the bus leaving promptly at 8:30 and returning to RHS at 3:00.  Sign up with Mrs. Barker in the Counseling office.
Student Opportunity:
Black College Tour Final Meeting - Thursday, Feb. 11 at Salem Baptist Church, 3131 Lake Street at 6:00 p.m.
Cost of the tour=$550 which includes round trip transportation and room accommodations.  Payment is due on or before February 11.  Details of the tour will be discussed at this meeting.
Job Opportunity: 
Children's Development Connections is looking to hire one fun, energetic person who enjoys working with children. Job Requirements: Must be 18 yrs. of age, available to work from 2pm-6pm Mon-Fri, and have reliable transportation. Experience working with children is a plus.
