It's February and you know what that means: It's time for Blind Date with a Book! Stop by the RHS Library anytime through February 11th to participate. Blind Date with a Book matches you with an unknown gift-wrapped book which you choose to check out of the library, not knowing the title, author, or other details. You then take your book on a blind date, giving it a chance to make an impression. Do you have a love connection? Or is your date is a dud? Plus, you get your name in a drawing to win a Valentine's heart-shaped box of chocolates, just for giving it a try. Stop by and check out your blind date! ATTENTION FRANCE 2016 TRAVELERS: Plan for you and your parents/guardians to attend our next mandatory trip planning meeting on Tuesday, February 23rd from 6:00-7:30 p.m. in Lecture Room C. You will submit your roommate requests and review valuable travel information for our trip leaving in less than 120 days! See Madame O or Madame H with questions.
A representative from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona, will be in Lecture Room C on Tuesday, February 16, during homeroom. Stop in and find out how to get a free visit to this school in Phoenix.
Attention juniors & seniors: Our campus visit to Methodist and Clarkson has been rescheduled for Thursday, March 3. You will meet in Lecture Room C at 8:00 for refreshments and instructions and board the bus at 8:30 for both campuses. The bus returns to RHS at 3:00. Sign up with Mrs. Barker in the Counseling Office. Your permission slip is due no later than Tuesday, March 3.
Physicals must be complete and a copy given to the AD office before you can try-out or practice for spring sports. Spring sports officially start on 2/29.
