Seniors:  Community Service forms are due on April 1st!  You MUST have all your community service hours completed and turned in for documentation no later than April 1st in order to participate at graduation and receive your diploma!
National Honor Society meeting time has changed for this week.  The meeting will be THIS Friday at 7:30 am OR 3:30 pm.  There will be no Thursday meeting this week. Sorry for the inconvenience.  We will be discussing the final preparations for the Open Store; please be there! . Contact Stark with any questions. 

Want to improve your school for everyone? Meet new people from RHS and talk about issues that matter at the Creating Inclusive Communities Student Workshop on Wednesday, March 25th at UNO. Any student (sophomore and older) who has not yet attended IncluCity camp may attend. Transportation to UNO and lunch included. Email by this Friday you’d like to attend!

Open Store Volunteers: Please check your email for an important message regarding a mandatory meeting on Monday, March 23rd. If you have any questions, please see Ms. Stark in room B208.

The University of Nebraska at Kearney will be hosting the 13th Annual Nebraska Cultural Unity conference on Wednesday, April 15th.  This conference is open to all high school students (grades 9 - 12), but space is limited.  This is a professional conference, and all those in attendance are required to dress professionally (no jeans).  If you are interested in attending this conference you must sign up in the counseling center by this Friday, March 13th.  If you have questions please see Mrs. Athow.

ATTENTION HOMEROOMS!  NHS will be sponsoring a toiletries drive. Until today, March 12 bring in any new toiletries (i.e. shampoo, conditioner, soap, tampons, deodorant, paper towels...etc) and you could win your homeroom an ice cream party!  There are 2 ways to win.  The first is the homeroom with the most items donated wins, and additionally, the top 3 individuals who donate the most items in total will win a gift card. You do not have to be from the winning homeroom for this additional offer.  Please bring in your donations to the commons table BEFORE school all week.  Thanks for helping others in need. 
Outside Date forms for Prom are now available in the Main Office.  These forms must be turned into the office by Thursday, April 16th.
College/Career Center
Seniors:  The RHS Local scholarship application is due to Mrs. Balus today.  Please leave it w/Mrs. Barker if I am away from my desk.

Attention seniors:  I have just added a brand new scholarship to Naviance.  It is the Cathy Grondek memorial scholarship ($500) and it's due to me on April 2.  Go find it in Naviance and get it done!  Mrs. Balus

College representative in C/C Center today:  Clarkson College at 9:00.

Juniors and Seniors:  Your permission slips to attend the Midland/Metro campus visit are due to Mrs. Barker tomorrow.

Check out the window by the College/Career Center to see the 1st report from our seniors on their scholarship dollars.  It's a great number, but has a ways to go - so keep those scholarship dollars coming!!

Juniors & Seniors: Are you interested in visiting  Midland University in Fremont and Metropolitan Community College's Elkhorn campus?  You can do this for free on Tuesday, March 24.  If you are passing your classes, in good standing, without excessive absences and on track to graduate, you are eligible to go.  Space is limited to the first 60 students.  Doughnuts and instructions will be provided at 7:00 that morning in the Media Center.  The bus will leave RHS at 7:30 a.m. and return at 3:15 p.m.  In order to get on the list for this visit, you must bring your completed permission slip to Mrs. Barker no later than Friday, March 13.
