The “Tabs for Abs” collection cups are now available in homeroom. “Tabs for Abs” collects aluminum can tabs in memory of Abbey Rotert, who lost her battle to a rare disease two years ago. Each week the homeroom with the most tabs donated will receive doughnuts. Donations larger than the collection cups can be dropped off in Room A217.

Attention Spanish Bilingual Students: RHS is partnering with UNO and the Juan Diego Center for a quick Service Learning Project. This will be a unique opportunity to service our Latino senior citizens in our community and for you to earn community service hours. Along with UNO students, RHS students will be sharing stories while connecting with Latino senior citizens over favorite recipes, culture, and lunch. Also, RHS Spanish bilingual students will serve as interpreters for the UNO students. We are seeking 10 to 12 Spanish bilingual students who can commit to a few hours on two Saturdays: April 2nd & April 16th (please note date change). Transportation from and to RHS will be provided. The sign-up deadline is Thursday, March 24th (first-come, first-serve). Please see Mrs. Weaver or Mrs. Honke if you are interested.
