Seniors:  Community Service forms are due on April 1st!  You MUST have all your community service hours completed and turned in for documentation no later than April 1st in order to participate at graduation and receive your diploma!

Just a reminder for students:  the Metro Academy and the Ralston Academy (Health Sciences, Future Teacher Internship, Culinary Skills 2 and Yearbook) Applications are due TOMORROW, March 6th!

Student Council members please check your school email about the class competitions that will be going on in March and April and please come to the Library today during homeroom.

SENIORS:  We still need photos for the senior video.  We want pictures from elementary school through high school.  (No baby pictures or family pictures please.)  We are especially interested in pictures of you and your friends, group class photos, and team pictures.  The more seniors who are represented in the video, the better.  Put your name on the back of every picture you submit, and give your pictures to Ms. Honz in B206 or Ms. Rowley in B220.  If your photos are digital, please burn them to a DVD or put them on a flash drive and submit to Mrs. Honz or Ms. Rowley.  Deadline for submitting pictures is Wednesday, March 11, 2015.

Attention Fashion Club members!  Please read your email about attending Omaha Fashion Week next Tuesday March 10th.  Contact Mrs. Krist with your RSVP ASAP.  

FAIR will be hosting a discussion group on Gender & Gender Roles on Monday, March 9 from 3:30-4:30p in A109. Come with your ideas and questions! Snacks will be provided.

FCA will be going to the "Dropbox" movie tonight for our meeting!  We will leave RHS at 6:30pm.  If you are planning to go, please let Mrs. Behrens know by noon today!

Need to let go of some stress? RHS Yoga Club will meet on Wednesday, March 11 from 3:30-4:30p in A109. All students are welcome to attend. Mats are provided. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes. Contact Miss Oglesby with questions.

RHS READERS Book Club will meet this Friday, March 6th, during all three lunch periods in the back of the media center.  Our topic for discussion is, "I never saw it coming."  Tell us about the book that did the best job of absolutely blind-siding you.  See you there.

SENIORS:  If you are interested in being the senior class representative who will speak at graduation, please sign up with Ms. Rowley in B220 or Mrs. Honz in B206 by the end of the day tomorrow.

ATTENTION HOMEROOMS!  NHS will be sponsoring a toiletries drive. From today until Thursday, March 12 bring in any new toiletries (i.e. shampoo, conditioner, soap, tampons, deodorant, paper towels...etc) and you could win your homeroom an ice cream party!  There are 2 ways to win.  The first is the homeroom with the most items donated wins, and additionally, the top 3 individuals who donate the most items in total will win a gift card. You do not have to be from the winning homeroom for this additional offer.  Please bring in your donations to the commons table BEFORE school all week.  Thanks for helping others in need. 

Anyone interested in trying out for Ralston Dance must pick up and fill out a packet found in the office. Try out clinics are March 9-11 from 4:30-6:00 OR 6:00-7:30 at Ralston High School. Volunteers Needed
The Omaha Dog Park Advocates are having their annual fundraiser, "Spring Bark in the Park" on Saturday, April 25th at the Hefflinger Dog Park, 111th & Maple.  Volunteers are needed between the hours of 8 am to 4 pm.

College/Career Center
Seniors:  Ralston Education Association  &  Ralston Combined Theatre scholarships are both due to Mrs. Balus today.

Juniors & Seniors: Are you interested in visiting  Midland University in Fremont and Metropolitan Community College's Elkhorn campus?  You can do this for free onTuesday, March 24.  If you are passing your classes, in good standing, without excessive absences and on track to graduate, you are eligible to go.  Space is limited to the first 60 students.  Doughnuts and instructions will be provided at 7:00 that morning in the Media Center.  The bus will leave RHS at 7:30 a.m. and return at 3:15 p.m.  In order to get on the list for this visit, you must bring your completed permission slip to Mrs. Barker no later than Tuesday, March 17.
