Students are reminded as the weather warms up, that the dress code will be enforced. Shorts and skirts should be fingertip length and shirts with spaghetti straps, tank tops, or those which are strapless, halters, low cut, or expose mid-riff or undergarments are not acceptable. Please refer to your student handbook for any questions.
Students and parents, we appreciate your help in this matter.
The list of 2015 nominees for the Teens' Top Ten have just been announced. You can view the list here, then come to the RHS Library to check them out. Voting starts in August.
Summer School information is now available in the main office as well as in the counseling department.
Seniors: Jack Martin Photography will take photos of everyone receiving their diplomas at graduation. Order forms will be mailed out to the address the high school has on file. If you would like to pre-order, order forms are available in the main office. These must be turned in to Mrs. Lewis by May 15th with payment.
The spring Blood Drive will be May 1st! HOSA members and Health Science students are recruiting now. If you are 16 and planning to donate you will need a parent consent form. See Mrs. Ziegler in G120 if you have questions.
Blood Drive clarification - if you are 16 and have picked up a 16 year old consent form you also need to sign up for the blood drive. You can pick a time (sign up) with a HOSA/Med Science student or with Mrs. Ziegler in room G120.
Penny War! We are continuing to count! The winner will be announced early next week. There is pasta in the future for one of our homerooms!!

SENIORS: If you turned in a reservation for the Senior Banquet, please arrive at Regency Lodge between 5:30 and 6:00 P.M. on Sunday. Dinner will be served at 6:00. Only seniors with reservations may attend. See Ms. Rowley if you have any questions
Registration for the Summer session of Driver's Education will be May 5th and 6th from 7:00pm - 8:00pm in the commons area. Registration forms with more information are now available in the main office.
The Swimming Competency Test will be administered by Mr. Hartfield on Saturday, April 25 at 11:45am at the RHS swimming pool.
Students MUST contact the high school office to pre-register for this option. There is no advance instruction to prepare and no instruction will be given during the test. Students should plan to be in the pool for 45 minutes to one hour to complete the testing.
Reminder, upon passing this test you will have the swimming designation waived from your PE credit requirements only NOT the actual 2.5 credit hours. You must still take 20 credit hours of PE.
Community Service Opportunity
SAM's Club and Children's Miracle Network are hosting a Craft Show Event on Saturday, May 23, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, at the Papillion SAMS Club. Volunteers (ages 15-18) are needed to help with the Craft Show and mini Carnival.
All proceeds will go to the Children's Miracle Network.
Volunteer at the Soap Box Derby Races
The 78th running of the All-American Soap Box Derby will begin May 23rd at Seymour Smith Park. Volunteers are needed to help with the derby cars, and a variety of other areas to help the race run smoothly. Race times run 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, rain or shine.

BOYS BASKETBALL MEETING
There will be a meeting for all boys planning on going out for boys basketball in Coach Jackson's room (B122) on Friday May 1st at 7:45am. Please contact Coach Jackson if you won't be able to attend.
There will be an informational meeting for any girl and her parents interested in participating in volleyball next year on Monday, May 4 at 5:30 in Lecture Room C. You will meet the new coaching staff, get a conditioning schedule for this summer, and develop the core covenants for the volleyball program. Any questions (or if you are interested in playing but cannot attend the meeting), please see Coach Lindeman.
