Screen-Free Week is a chance for all of us to read, play, think, create, be more physically active, and to spend more time with friends and family. Screen-Free Week is a much needed respite from the screen media dominating our lives.  So, this week, think about how much time you spend in front of a screen, and resolve to commit to a Screen-Free Week.  For more information, stop in the RHS Media Center.
