Fall Driver's Education will be from September 10th through October 29th on Saturday mornings. Registration forms with more information are now available in the main office! Registration will be held on August 23rd and 24th from 6:30pm - 7:30pm in the RHS Commons.
There is a Makerspace for student use in the RHS Library/Media Center. In it, we have scrapbook supplies, markers, colored pencils, stickers, Legos, and rubber stamps. This is a great resource for student projects. Stop in next time you have a project that is due. Right now, there are extra notebooks and 3-ring binders that the library staff grabbed during locker clean-out last spring. If you need some school supplies, stop in and help yourself. First come, first served.
The RHS Little Free Library is right outside of Door 31. While you are waiting for the bus or your ride after school, take a look. It's recently been stocked with new titles. Take a book to read, bring a book you would like to share. Just one title per student, please.
Are you interested in social justice issues and activism? Ralston's FAIR Club will be hosting our annual Creating Inclusive Communities Workshop on Friday, September 2nd. This all-day workshop will teach you about becoming an advocate and an ally for all students at Ralston, and how you can help the Ralston and Omaha communities grow to be safer, more tolerant places for people of all types.
