Ralston High School Drama proudly announces the first show of the 2016-17 season, the classic Victorian comedy "The Importance of being Earnest."  Performances run this Thursday, Friday & Saturday at 7:30 PM and Sunday at 2:00 PM.  Adults are $8 and student and senior citizens are $6.  Come out and support the performing arts at Ralston!!

The all school musical this year will be Shrek! 
Musical auditions have been MOVED to MONDAY/TUESDAY 9/19-9/20 after school in the choir room. 
Please stop come see Mrs. McKain or Mr. Uhrmacher for audition music and the informational packet! Hope to see you there! 
If you are interested in attending IncluCity camp in October, please see Mr. Garst in B208 ASAP to fill out an application. IncluCity is a leadership and social justice camp that takes place over four days in October. Ralston has spots for 7 females and 8 males. 
SENIORS: It's time to start thinking about your class motto. Please submit appropriate ideas to Mrs. Weland in B121, Ms. Mullen in B108, or any members of the Senior Class Officers by Friday, September 23rd. 

Jostens will be here during all lunch shifts both today and Thursday, September 14th and 15th to take orders for Announcements and rings.  They will have a table set up in the Commons area.  They will also be set up at parent/teacher conferences Thursday evening again in the commons.

Come stop by Don and Millie's this Saturday September 17th to get your car washed by Ralston Runway Show Choir! Mention Ralston Runway in Don and Millie's and 20% of what you buy goes towards our program! Hope to see you there! 

Post Prom Fundraiser:  Thursday, September 15th at the Pizza Hut at 84th and Q St!  Come in from 4:00 - 8:00pm and mention Ralston High School and Pizza Hut will donate 20% of the sales to our Post Prom.
Outside Date forms for Homecoming are available in the main office.  These forms must be completed and returned by Thursday, September 22nd. Homecoming dance is Saturday, September 24th.
Homecoming is next week! September 19-23. The theme is, Wizard of Oz, "There is no place like Ram Nation". We highly encourage you all to dress up!! There will be prizes for the best dressed daily!
Tickets will go on sale Wednesday, Sept 14th for a pre-sale price of $8, during lunch and after school. If you buy a pre-sale ticket your name will be entered into a drawing for a gift basket! The week of Homecoming Sept 19th-23rd tickets will be $10 during lunch and after school.

​Picture order forms for the Homecoming Dance are available in the office. If you pay $25 you will receive a DVD that will include all of the candid photos from the event, plus your portraits, in full-resolution along with a personal photo release. 
Volunteer Opportunity
The American Lung Association of Nebraska is hosting the 36th Annual Fight for Air Corporate Cup 10k or 2 mile run/walk on Sunday, September 25th at Omaha Aksarben Village. If you are interested to volunteer check the detailed list at: or call Stephanie Boling at 402-502-4950

Volunteer Opportunity:  Students with 5 hour release only
Mockingbird Elementary needs 4 volunteers to help provide childcare for toddler and preschool age children on Wednesday, September 21st, from 2:30 - 4:30 pm at the Mockingbird Elementary School.

Remember you must sign up in the College/Career Center to attend any of these events during homeroom.  You'll receive a ticket as your pass to attend on the specified day!
Campus Visits: If you would like to visit a campus, you will need to get a 
Permission form completed and returned to the College/Career center one week before the visit.   We will gather in Lecture Room C the morning of the visit for a light breakfast to look at the schedule for the day.
