There will be no Quiz Bowl on Tuesday September 22nd due to Parent Teacher Conferences. See you Thursday September 24 @ 3:30 in B121. All are welcome! 

The list for Outdoor Ed Counselors for this year has been posted on the bulletin board in front of the main office.  Please note:  there will be a MANDATORY meeting on Thursday, September 24th at 7:30am in the small cafeteria.

Speech Team WILL be having a mandatory meeting on WEDNESDAY, Sept. 23rd for all students who plan on competing for the 2015-16 school year. Our first novice tournament is Friday, November 13th. We need to start choosing scripts and such SOON. Please plan on attending this meeting or get back to me with a DATE and TYPE of speech you think you would like to give. See Mrs. Adair in room B218 for further details.

There will be an NHS meeting today at 7:30 and 3:30 in Ms. Hartman's room, B 121. All members must attend one meeting or the other. 

NHS applications are due to Ms. Hartman in B 121 by Friday, September 25This is a firm deadline. In you want to apply for NHS, you must have all materials in by this deadline. 
Attention all travelers to France in 2016! We will have our first informational meeting for parents and travelers on Thursday, September 24 from6:00-7:30 p.m. in Lecture Room C. Plan to attend for you, your parents/guardians, or both to attend. There are two spots remaining for this trip! See Madame Oglesby in A102 for more information.

MULTICULTURAL CLUB meeting on Wednesday, September 23rd in the Media Center after school.  We will have a guest speaker from UNO, Rebekka Erks, to talk about a Service Learning Project.  Please plan to attend.

Reminder: FAIR will not meet today, but will meet on Monday, September 28, from 3:30-4:00 p.m. in A102. We will be writing nomination letters to faculty to attend January IncluCity camp, setting monthly discussion topics on social justice issues, and enjoying snacks!
Culinary Club will meet this Friday after school in F102 until 5pm.  Come and enjoy some camaraderie in the kitchen.  We will vote on club officers and t-shirts.   If you are interested in being considered for a position, please let Mrs. Krist know ASAP.  If you want to order a t-shirt please bring $12.  Questions?  Ask Mrs. Krist. Ralston High School has joined with other schools from across the nation and Japan for the Somewhat Virtual Book Club.  Join us on October 7th either at RHS or at Google Hangouts on Air for a discussion of I'll Give You the Sun by Jandy Nelson.  To ask questions or to sign up, stop by the RHS Library.

Join RHS READERS Book Club for our September activity as we recreate scenes from Divergent and/or The Lightning Thief by playing Capture the Flag at Ralston Park on Wednesday, September 23rd starting at 3:45.  After the game, we will relax with apple cider and popcorn.  We will be done by 5:00 pm.  Sign up in the RHS Library.

Ralston Yoga Club is offering a FREE yoga class to students and staff on Thursday, October 8 from 4:00-5:00p in Ralston High School Media Center!

Outside Date Forms for Homecoming are now available in the main office.  The completed forms are due back by Thursday, October 8th.
