Auditions will be Tuesday or Wednesday September 13/14 right after school in the choir room. Please stop come see Mrs. McKain or Mr. Uhrmacher for audition music and the informational packet! Hope to see you there! 

RHS READERS Book Club will meet today during both lunches in the back of the Library.  Stop by to pick up a pass.  You will need a pass to attend.

​RHS READERS Members, Check your email for information on our group activity this Friday for the home football game against ​South Sioux City.
Outside Date forms for Homecoming are available in the main office.  These forms must be completed and returned by Thursday, September 22nd. Homecoming dance is Saturday, September 24th.
Math Club will meet on Thursday Sept 8 and Monday Sept 12 in A210 after school. (You can come either day or both.)  We will begin work for 2 upcoming competitions.  We haven't really gotten started - so it is not too late to join!  Bring a friend and join us for  fame, food, and fortune!  
SENIORS: It's time to start thinking about creating a design for your senior class T-shirt. Submit appropriate designs to Mrs. Weland in B120 or Ms. Mullen in B108 no later than TODAY, September 7th.

Quiz Bowl will meet today in B121 from 3:30-4:15! Come for some trivia and fun! See Ms. Hartman with questions. 

GSA will meet on Thursday, September 8 in B226 from 3:30 - 4:30. We will be planning for Ally Week. See Mrs. Rector if you have questions.

Spanish Club will be after school today - Wednesday, Sept. 7 at 3:25!  Join us in celebrating El Día de Independencia with food and fun!  Sign up outside A104 if you plan to attend!  

FCCLA is meeting on Thursday from 3:30 - 4:30 pm in F007A.  We will be doing an activity to recruit new members and could use your help! Contact Mrs. Krist if you have questions. 

The next FAIR meeting will be today, September 7th (this is to make up for missing the Labor Day Meeting) all people who want to come are welcome. We will be discussing the Creating Inclusive Communities Workshop. 
There will be a blood drive on Friday September 9th!  Health Science/Med Academy students are recruiting.  You must be at least 16 years old in order to give blood!  16 year old students are required to have their parents sign a form in order to donate.  If you have questions see Mrs. Ziegler in room G120.

Senior Hosted BBQ!  Friday, September 9th at 5:00pm until the start of the football game.  All classes are invited, cost is $3.00 but Seniors get a discount of $2.00 BACK!  Your ticket includes a hot dog, drink and chips.  See any senior class officer, Mrs. Weland, or Ms. Mullen to buy a ticket or with questions!  You must bring your student ID with your ticket for entry and the class with the highest attendance wins a prize!  GO RAMS!!
College and Career Center
It's not too late to sign up for the next speakers in the College and Career Center!  The Drake University (just over in Des Moines) rep will be here tomorrow and a rep from Gallup will be here on Friday!  Don't miss these exciting speakers!  There will be treats involved!  Sign up with Mrs. Carlow in the College and Career Center now!

Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors,  

The NAYI (National Agricultural Youth Institute) Omaha is having a conference at the Century Link on Friday, September 23, 2016.  The purpose is to showcase to students how you do not have to have a rural background to pursue a career in the agricultural industry – and with so many agriculture related jobs in the Omaha and the surrounding area, there is great potential for a career  in an agricultural related career in the future.   There is no cost for the conference and lunch is provided.  If you are interested in learning about careers, please see Mrs. Carlow in the College/Career center ASAP to register.
