Where can the ACT be taken?
At Ralston High School. RHS is an ACT Test Site.

How can I sign up for the ACT?
Students can pick up an ACT pamphlet from Ms. Balus in the College and Career Center or from a guidance counselor. ACT registration is online.

Can I take the ACT for free if I qualify for free and reduced lunch?
If a student qualifies for free and reduced lunch, they will need to get a form from their guidance counselor and will receive two free ACT tests.

What time does the ACT begin?
8:00 a.m., but students need to be there by 7:30 a.m. in order to check in, provide appropriate documentation and get a seat.

What do I need to bring the day of the ACT?
Bring a driver's license or school i.d. card, ACT ticket number, pencil and calculator.

Is the ACT really offered FREE for Juniors??
The one-time free ACT is offered to RHS Juniors for the April ACT, and they will receive free ACT prep prior to taking the exam, as well.

How can I prepare for the ACT?
Here are three good ACT test prep options:
1. Class offered by the Urban Assistance League at Westside
2. A+ enrichment offered by the RHS guidance department
3. Online ACT test prep (you need to get a password from the school computer lab.)
