  • Meadows FAME 2026 Alumni Scholarship Application

    • For Ralston School seniors who attended Meadows Elementary. 
    • Applications are due April 17. 2026.
  • Ralston Community Theatre Scholarships

    • These scholarships are for Ralston High School seniors who have been active in plays, musicals or the pit orchestra and who have been able to balance academics with their extra curricular involvement. A high degree of participation in RHS theatre and/or RCT summer productions is desired, whether on stage or behind the scenes. 

    •  The applicant need not be planning to pursue a career in the performing arts. 

    •  These scholarships will not be based on economic need.

  • NDOT GOOD LIFE, GREAT JOURNEY SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

    • Scholarship Amount: This program provides up to 100% paid tuition, books, fees, and tools, while also covering housing expenses. It additionally includes a paid internship and travel reimbursement between home and your NDOT location.
    • Application window is March 1-April 15, 2026.
    • Criteria: Applicants must be enrolled or plan to enroll full-time in an approved technical program (such as Diesel Technology, Engineering, or IT) at a partnering Nebraska community college and be able to work part-time as an intern.
  • JAMES M. COX FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP

    • Amount: There are 55 one-time scholarships available, each valued at $2,000.00.

       

    • Due Date: All application materials must be mailed with a postmark on or before April 22.

       

    • Criteria: Applicants must be Nebraska residents attending a Nebraska-based institution , demonstrate financial need, and show a likelihood of academic success in their chosen field.

  • Rod Stuehm Memorial Fund Scholarships

    • $12,000 for students planning to pursue a degree at a four-year college or university. Click here to download the application.
    • $2,500 for students planning to pursue an HVAC program at a community college. Click here to download the application. 
    • Completed application materials must be received at the Council of Independent Nebraska Colleges Foundation (CINCF) office no later than Friday, April 30, 2026. The CINCF office is located on the Bellevue University campus at 1036 Bruin Blvd., Suite 110, Bellevue, NE 68005-3735. Applications may be submitted in person, by USPS mail, or by email to connie@cincfoundation.org.

  • Ralston Volunteer Fire Department Memorial Scholarship Application

    • Awards: Multiple scholarships ranging from $250 to $500.
    • Eligibility: Graduating seniors with a 2.5+ GPA and 5+ semesters of HS.
    • Requirements: Financial need , a career goal paragraph , and a resume listing volunteer hours.
    • Note: Children of RVFD members receive special consideration.

    • Deadline: March 23rd, 2026.

  • Jim McGrath Memorial Scholarship 

    •  This $1,500 scholarship will be awarded to a senior in the top 40% of their class with plans of post-secondary education.  The winners will be notified by a letter in late spring.

  • Hollis & Helen Baright Public Library Foundation Scholarship

    • One $500 scholarship (Non-renewable) will be awarded to a Ralston High School graduating senior.
    • Completed applications must be received by March 31, 2026. Award notification will be made by April 20, 2026.

  • The Hagan Scholarships

    • The Hagan Scholarship is a nationwide need-based merit scholarship, providing recipients with the opportunity to achieve their goals and graduate college debt-free. Parents 2024 Adjusted Household Income must not have exceeded $125,000. The scholarship provides $2,000 to help pay for essential items to attend college and up to $7,500 each semester for up to 8 consecutive semesters.
    • The application deadline is March 15, 2026.
  • Ralston Booster Club Scholarship

    • The Ralston Booster Club will award up to five $500.00 non renewable scholarships to graduating Ralston High School senior athletes, activity, or club members who plan to attend an accredited college, community college, trade or technical school, as a full-time student, or work full time in a trade in the Fall of 2026.

    • The scholarship is intended to reward athletes and activity/club members for their participation in Ralston High School sports and their support of the Ralston Booster Club.

  • The Nebraska Society of Professional Engineers Scholarships

    • The Nebraska Society of Professional Engineers are offering several scholarships for high school seniors that plan on attending an engineering program next year.  The following scholarships are offered:
      • State Annual Scholarship (In-state only): $1,500, Two (2) Available
      • Northeast Chapter Annual Scholarship (School of your choice): $1,000, One (1) Available
      • Eastern Chapter Annual Scholarship (In-state only): $1,000, Two (2) Available
    • Applying for a Chapter Scholarship automatically applies the student for the State Scholarship also.  The student must submit their application to the correct chapter scholarship chair where they reside.  A map can be found at the Nebraska Society of Professional Engineer's website: nspenebraska.org  
  • Foundation 649 Scholarship

    • Be a degree-seeking, full-time student enrolling in a U.S. accredited university in Fall 2026 as a Freshman or transferring from a community college
    • Identify as Asian American or Pacific Islander
    • Have a track record of involvement and interest in AAPI communities, issues, or causes
    • Have demonstrated financial need for the scholarship
  • Omaha Urban Council of the National Council of Catholic Women Scholarship

  • The Mark McGuire Memorial Scholarship

    • Scholarship Details
      • Three $2,300 scholarships available (Track, Field, Cross Country)
      • Applicants must be at least a junior attending a Omaha metro area high school
      • Students who participate in multiple areas will be considered in each category, but only one scholarship will be awarded per recipient
      • Scholarship funds will be paid directly to the university or trade school of the winner's choice

In memory of Mark McGuire and his many years of dedication to supporting local track and cross country programs, we are offering three scholarships of $2,300 each: one for a Track athlete, one for a Field athlete, and one for a Cross Country athlete.

  • Nebraska Eagle Scout Scholarship

    • Must be an Eagle Scout who is a high school senior, lives in Nebraska and will attend a 2 year or 4 year college.

    • Award is up to $12,000.

  • UNK The Industrial Distribution Freshmen Scholarship

    • Amount: 1) - $7,000 award, (1) $3,000 award, (5) $1000

    • The review process will start at the beginning of the Spring 2026 Semester. Scholarships will be accepted until the February 28th deadline.

    • The Industrial Distribution Freshmen Scholarship is for high school seniors who are interested in working towards a career in Industrial Distribution.  In order to qualify for this scholarship, students must be a senior in high school (currently).  This scholarship will provide seven applicants with the following varying amounts:  (1) - $7,000 award, (1) $3,000 award, (5) $1000 awards to deserving applicants toward their Freshman year Tuition at UNK.
